New courts at Frankston Centenary Tennis Club (our new home) have been finished!! 👏👏 Clubhouse has been finished for a while but due to Covid 19 we haven’t been able to give many updates.
Landscaping and lights should be done next 6 weeks or so.

Our coaching team, Better Tennis, can’t wait to start their programs on our new ‘blue’ courts.

We can’t wait to have all the old friends and our new friends to share this amazing new facility!

Exciting news and update!

To everyone

As of 30th April 2020 and due to the expansion of Frankston Hospital, our Club is now closed for good.
We will be moving to a new site at Centenary Park with new courts and clubhouse.
More details will follow in the upcoming weeks.

We would like to thank everyone: members, life members, committee members, coaches, visitors, social players, tournament and competition players, that helped make the Frankston Tennis Club great and was part of its 129 year history!

The Farewell to Yuille St event on the 28th March has been cancelled.

Sadly, but in the interests of health and safety, the Frankston Tennis Club has decided to cancel all future club events and competitions until further notice. With the current Coronavirus pandemic, the club will be following the advice given by the Federal and State governments, Tennis Australia and Tennis Victoria and other sporting codes, to minimize unnecessary social contact, in particular large gatherings.

We know that many members and ex-members have been looking forward to saying goodbye to a venue which has served the club for well over 50 years. However, the decision has been forced upon us.

Three years ago we started a journey at the Frankston Tennis Club to help their comittee to both re-establish their reputation and assist in the movement into a new facility.
Starting with minimal numbers and minimal tournament experience, we didnt hesitate to jump straight in.
Now, on the eve of our 11th tournament and 12th Term of coaching we have established a HP program into 4 squads, a 6 day Hot Shots feeder program and a highly regarded tournament repuation.
Today a free hitting session was embraced by over 30 of our own kids who are taking on the challenge of our Rankings tournament starting in the morning.
Today was a proud day for our team!
We can't wait to get started tomorrow.
