DIP & RUN - Sunday 19th January @ 8am

Hi Everyone,

Due to the house slip earlier this week and subsequent closure of Point Nepean Rd, we are changing the Dip and Run to Dromana foreshore opposite Permien St. If you are coming from Rosebud you will need to take Bayview Rd or Coburn Ave. Both will lead you onto LaTrobe Pde and when that brings you back onto Point Nepean Rd you are basically there. Those coming from the Dromana end stop just before the road closure. There's a big park where the info centre is and we will be over the road from there.

Start time is 8am this Sunday Jan. 19th.
200m swim followed by 5km run, as usual you can just run or just swim if you prefer.

See you soon.
Russ
