There are times to send it and there are times not to
If you are up to date with health recommendations for disease prevention, weight management, hormone health & longevity, strength training is the most consistently acknowledged variable to move the needle for results and health outcomes.

The flashy hook lines tell you HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY 🥵 and make it seem like that’s where you should be or don’t bother at all. The heavy component is TRUTH but it takes skill, technique, patience and persistence to get there and stay there….. and when staying there consistently is where it all happens you need great foundations to keep you safer in your journey.
