At the GLAC our aim is to provide a safe, fun, friendly environment with a family focus. Our Athletes not only develop and improve skills, but participate in healthy activities, whilst making friends and having fun. With an emphasis on participation, personal improvement and being the best you can be, children aged between 3 -17 and Recreational Athletes of all abilities are given the opportunity to learn and grow at their own pace. Participating in Athletics helps all to not only develop their physical skills and well being, but it also helps them to develop social skills and improves mental and emotional well being.
