Auskick, Under 9s, Under 10s & Under 12s and Girls of all ages from across Geelong are invited to attend a high-energy session led by Jesse (Geelong Cats) and Tanner (Geelong VFL) — two players who know exactly what it takes to prepare properly, train with purpose, and compete at the highest level.

This is a huge opportunity to learn firsthand from leaders who set the standard and demand the best — from themselves and everyone around them.

Under 14’s & Under 16’s throughout Geelong are invited to attend a Free Junior Clinic led by Jesse Mellor and Tanner Lewis — two players who know what it takes to prepare properly, train with purpose, and compete at the highest level.

This is a chance to learn firsthand from leaders who demand the best of themselves and those around them.

Mark West Foundation – Applications Now Open

To all Geelong West Giants junior families — we would like to share that Mark West Foundation scholarships are now available, with applications now open for the 2026 program.

The Mark West Foundation is here to help families get their children out on the ground, playing footy with their friends, by providing financial support where it’s needed most.

BIG GIANTS NEWS FOR 2026 📣
We are beyond proud to announce that Jesse Mellor and Tanner Lewis have officially signed on as Junior Development Coaches for the 2026 season at the Geelong West Giants.

Jesse, freshly drafted to the as a rookie for 2026, and Tanner, who pulls on the jumper for both the Cats and our GFNL senior team, are the perfect examples of what Giants pathways look like in action.

What makes this even more special? Both have chosen to give back to our juniors, investing their time, knowledge and passion into the next generation of Giants. We are incredibly grateful to have them shaping our young players on and off the field.

To kick things off, we’re hosting two Junior Clinics at West Oval:
📍 U14s & U16s — Sunday 15th February at 10am

📍 Auskick, U9s, U10s & U12s — Sunday 1st March at 10am

The Geelong West Cricket Club will have the bbq and drinks sorted!

This is your chance to bring your mates, get involved, and experience exactly what the Giants are all about.
