More heavy snowfalls overnight have left all resorts with a deep fresh cover. Winds will be strong again today but not as bad as yesterday (check resort boards and websites for lift status updates). Light snow showers today will ease later. This week is looking like a great time to explore some new terrain as the visibility improves and the winds decrease in strength.

RESORT UPDATE 9 July, 7.30am. Great Alpine Road is re-open for all traffic. Wheel chains required with low visibility, and snow and ice on road. Be safe out there crew!
