We ran some sessions with the Year 9 & 10 students at Clonard College recently, and this is the feedback that came back 🙏🏻

Teenagers are a completely different room to teach than adults. Every skill level in one space, every energy level too — the job is meeting each of them where they are, not making them meet you.

Glow Getter Co now offers school and youth movement sessions, workshops, and speaking.

If you know a school that could use this, send them our way. 💫

✅ all sessions are run by our founder Heather Lee Angland whose qualifications include BAHons Education, Dip. Clinical Pilates, RYT250, Wellness Coach Professional Certification, over 1,000 hours of training across modalities, and a Working With Children Card.
