Successful Geelong Steigen Championships for Team Steigen.
Our athletes collected a whopping 55 medals and most importantly over 60 personal bests.

What a successful Regional Athletics Meet by our Team Steigen Athletes!
Not only a huge medal haul but also many personal bests.
It was amazing to see Team Steigen walk away with 5 Gold, 8 Silver and 8 Bronze medals, not to mention a whopping 26 Personal Bests in tough conditions.
So proud of all our athletes for not only their results but also displaying fantastic sportsmanship and encouragement to their fellow athletes.
We are now heading off to States next month and are looking forward to seeing Team Steigen excel.
Well done to everyone, you have done Team Steigen proud!

We are proud to announce "Team Steigen"!
Louis Rowan.
Jaime Werner
and Melissa Foot.
Team Steigen was created out of a passion for running and a desire to help athletes to achieve their best.
As three former athletes and current coaches, we saw a need for mentorship in the development of running skills, technique and structured programs to enhance athletes running ability for a wide variety of sports including Track and Field, AFL, Soccer, Netball, Basketball and more.
We endeavour to provide a fun and motivating environment which will allow our developing athletes to excel whilst encouraging team morale.
The combination of our wealth of coaching knowledge and running experience teamed up with high performance athletic apparel, Steigen and not to forget our group of amazing young athletes, makes for a formidable force!
