🤍Through gentle somatic yoga, nourishing breathwork (pranayama), self-applied marma* (vital energy points) massage to support and regulate your nervous system, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, guided Yoga Nidra, and the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other sacred sound instruments, we’ll journey inward — softening the edges of stress and gently awakening your inner radiance.

✨Our cacao ceremony will be lovingly prepared with plant-based milk (oat or almond), and nourishing herbal teas will be available throughout the morning. We’ll complete our time together with light, plant-based refreshments to leave you grounded, nurtured, and whole. I know that for many of us, these times are financially and emotionally challenging. That’s why I’ve intentionally priced this retreat at less than half the cost of similar offerings — because everyone deserves a moment of peace, healing, and deep nourishment.

🌿Inner Sanctuary- Coming Home to Stillness - This five-week meditation journey invites you to gently turn inward and explore a variety of meditation techniques and supportive practices in a nurturing, heart-centred space. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding of the nervous system, we will explore the physiological, neurological and holistic benefits of meditation while cultivating simple practices for everyday life.

🌿Whether you are completely new to meditation or returning to your practice, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and come home to yourself.

✨A seasoned long term meditator; personally, my morning meditation practice is one of the sweetest parts of my day — a quiet turning inward into my own inner sanctuary. It brings a sense of calm, grounding and steadiness, gently shaping the lens through which I experience and interact with the rest of the day.

Completed my Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training at Moksha Yoga at the end of 2025 🤍 and this weekend, a beautiful graduation to honour the journey.

After many years of personal practice, I felt called to deepen — and this experience was truly heart-expanding. A beautiful weaving of ancient wisdom, science, anatomy, and the subtle layers of body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Deep gratitude to Emma Palmer and the Moksha Yoga community. I couldn’t recommend it more for those feeling called to walk this path.
