Nurturing, Strengthening Body, Mind and Spirit .... Cancer affects every person differently, which is why a one-size-fits-all approach is rarely appropriate. Drawing on many years of experience teaching Oncology Yoga, I work with you to create a personalised program designed around your unique needs, treatment history, symptoms, energy levels, and goals.

As both a certified Oncology Yoga teacher and cancer survivor, I understand that each person's journey is different. Whether you are undergoing treatment, recovering, living with long-term effects, or seeking support in survivorship, your practice is carefully tailored to meet you where you are.

Following your session, you will receive your individualised program to continue practising at home, helping you integrate supportive movement, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness into your daily life.

You may choose a single session for targeted support, or a three-session package that allows us to refine your program over time, build confidence in your practice, and provide ongoing guidance. The three-session option offers a more sustainable approach and greater value for those seeking continued support.

If you or someone you know would benefit from compassionate, individualised support then please please share.. I welcome enquiries for private 1:1 Oncology Yoga sessions. Online or in person, your choice and location dependent,

Heart of Devi - Online Morning Practice

When life feels busy, demanding, or disconnected, Heart of Devi Yoga offers a gentle refuge. Here, you are invited to soften, listen deeply, and reconnect with the nurturing, wise, and compassionate presence that resides within—the sacred spacious heart that lives in us all.

Heart of Devi Yoga is a nurturing Hatha practice devoted to honouring the Divine in Her many expressions, embodied within all of us, regardless of gender. Shakti (Goddess, Devi) is the essence of movement, grace, love, energy, power, and lunar wisdom.

With movement, breath, mantra, mudras, and meditation, we cultivate a deeper connection to our hearts and innate divine energy.🌿

🌿 This will be morning nourishment, bringing that sense of calm, sacredness, steadiness and grounding to your day. Gently shaping the lens through which we experience and interact with the rest of the day.

No prior knowledge of yoga, meditation, or Goddess traditions is required—only a willingness to come as you are. This is a practice of nourishment, connection, and remembering the wisdom that already resides within.

Tuesday mornings AEST 7 am Zoom Online …. Starting Tuesday 28 July. These class passes start with “Online… “ on the booking page On my website 🌺

“Fear” by Kahlil Gibran, shared in class:
“It is said that before entering the sea a river trembled with fear. She looks back at the path she has travelled, from the peaks of the mountains, the long winding road crossing forests and villages
And in front of her, she sees an ocean so vast, that to enter there seems nothing more than to disappear forever. But there is no other way. The river cannot go back. Nobody can go back. To go back is impossible in existence.
The river needs to take the risk of entering the ocean because only then will fear disappear, because that’s where the river will know it’s not about disappearing into the ocean, but of becoming the ocean”

Metaphor for the human experience of facing fears and embracing transformation. Realising that through courageous act fear disappears.

🌺 what is fear stopping you from doing? Comment below.

Chai with the Devi 🌺
🪷Have you ever felt the call of the Goddess, found yourself curious about the Devi, or simply longed to sit in sacred community with other women?

🪷First Monthly gathering: Sunday 12 July, 4 pm, Highton, Free 🙏

🪷Not a class, workshop, or course about the Goddess, but a freely offered hour spent in Her company.

There is nothing to learn, nothing to get right, and nothing to perform. You come, you sit, you receive. 🙏

🧘‍♀️Together we will spend time in meditation, mantra, and quiet contemplation, opening ourselves to the presence and grace of the Divine Mother.

🎋When women gather, something beautiful happens. The presence of the Goddess becomes tangible, nourishing, and deeply felt. She is the Mother — the living presence moving through nature, the seasons, and through each of us.

🌺One Shakti, many faces. These gatherings are an opportunity to come together in Her name, nurture genuine connection, and simply rest in Her presence.

Authentic, rooted, light, and welcoming.

🐦Afterwards, we will share proper chai (gold coin donation), something sweet, and easy conversation among women who have spent sacred time together.

Registration is essential through the Yoga 4 Living website
https://yoga-4-living.com/yoga-schedule/

🔻You are warmly welcome to share this invitation with others; however, each woman attending must register individually.

The private address and other details will be shared with registered participants a few days before the gathering.

The Hosts:

💜 How often do you truly pause to care for your whole self — body, mind, heart, and spirit? You deserve this time. A gentle invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and return to your inner sanctuary. Our Nourish & Balance Mini Retreat is designed to hold you in a sacred space of restoration, connection, and self-love.

Here is what a 2025 participant shared in their review:

Really enjoyed the Nourish and Balance retreat run by Monica. There was a good mix of breath work, meditation and gentle yoga poses. Will definitely do this again! Fiona

🤍Through gentle somatic yoga, nourishing breathwork (pranayama), self-applied marma* (vital energy points) massage to support and regulate your nervous system, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, guided Yoga Nidra, and the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other sacred sound instruments, we’ll journey inward — softening the edges of stress and gently awakening your inner radiance.

✨Our cacao ceremony will be lovingly prepared with plant-based milk (oat or almond), and nourishing herbal teas will be available throughout the morning. We’ll complete our time together with light, plant-based refreshments to leave you grounded, nurtured, and whole. I know that for many of us, these times are financially and emotionally challenging. That’s why I’ve intentionally priced this retreat at less than half the cost of similar offerings — because everyone deserves a moment of peace, healing, and deep nourishment.
