🌿Inner Sanctuary- Coming Home to Stillness - This five-week meditation journey invites you to gently turn inward and explore a variety of meditation techniques and supportive practices in a nurturing, heart-centred space. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding of the nervous system, we will explore the physiological, neurological and holistic benefits of meditation while cultivating simple practices for everyday life.
🌿Whether you are completely new to meditation or returning to your practice, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and come home to yourself.
✨A seasoned long term meditator; personally, my morning meditation practice is one of the sweetest parts of my day — a quiet turning inward into my own inner sanctuary. It brings a sense of calm, grounding and steadiness, gently shaping the lens through which I experience and interact with the rest of the day.
