Hi everyone! I’ve got one furnished room available in a relaxed and beautiful 3-bedroom house in St leonards. I live with my partner and dog, one female tenant in bed 2, bed 3 available preferably female.
* Bright room with heater and a comfy mattress, large wardrobe.
* Shared bathroom/toilet with just one other tenant (female, 30s, very easygoing)
* Your own dedicated fridge to share with other tenant.
* Access to a shared living area with a big LED TV and fully equipped kitchen.

* Fully furnished, you suplly your own toiletries, laundry powder, toilet paper etc.

💰 Rent:
* $200 per week single person, bond min 2 weeks in advance with 2 weeks rent.
* Bills included in rental.

* Minimum stay: 3 months
* Rent paid fortnightly
* Must have a previous rental reference, letter of employment.
* Clean, tidy, and respectful, non smoker.
* Good attitude is a must. We are 1klm from beach and local shops IGA, local chemist and cafes, St leonards hotel and pier.
