I’ve seen this so many times throughout my career. It’s also happened to me before. Don’t get me wrong, as players we have to continue to prove ourselves & earn the respect of our coaches. So it’s not all on the coaches! However, i’ve seen coaches never give a player a fair shot . Who always put worry & confusion into a player’s mind rather than encouragement / trust & freedom on the court. If you’re a hooper going through this, keep fighting .
