IT’S FIGHT WEEK 🥊💯🙌
Saturday June 13 is more than just stepping back into the boxing ring.
Earlier this year I faced some personal setbacks with my mental health and personal life. It forced me to take a step back, regroup and focus on what mattered most.
Now the time feels right to return 💯🥊
After three fights, a win has still eluded me, but I’ve never been one to quit when things get tough. If anything, the challenges have only strengthened my resolve.
This Saturday afternoon I’ll be fighting out of Carbon Gym for the very first time. A place where I spend most of my days coaching, learning and growing. If that first win is due, then I want it to happen with Carbon Gym right behind me.

It’s a huge 19 bout card and I’ll be stepping into the ring for Bout 16.

Everyone supports you when you have no standards.
Everyone is comfortable when there are no expectations.
But the moment you start setting boundaries, demanding accountability and refusing to tolerate excuses, you become the difficult one.
That’s okay, you weren’t put on this earth to make everyone comfortable, no matter who they are.
You were put on this earth to become the strongest version of yourself and you should not feel guilty for trying to chase that.
So stay disciplined, stay accountable and stay resilient.

Too many people get obsessed with the number on the scales instead of what’s actually happening to their body.
Muscle weighs the same as fat does but it looks completely different. Unfortunately this is where people get lost with the whole you can stay the same weight in kilograms whilst getting leaner, stronger, fitter, and healthier.
The goal shouldn’t be just to lose weight. The goal is to build a stronger body and a better version of yourself, inside and out.
I don’t portray myself as an industry expert but I know enough to bet my life on the fact you need to stop chasing a number on the scales and start chasing real long term progress.
