We’re pleased to announce the re-signing of Coach Scott Lindsay and Captain Byron Taylor for the 2026–2027 season.

Having done a great job, steering our developing players over the past few years, we look forward to Scott continuing in his role at the club.

Byron had a great year as captain last season, leading by example in another outstanding year for him.

We're excited to see what the season brings with Scott and Byron at the helm.

A reminder that the Annual General Meeting of the Geelong City Cricket Club is this Monday 20th April at 7:30pm.

With several long-serving committee members stepping down this year, a number of positions are becoming available. We encourage you to get involved by joining our off-field team.

Items of general business must be submitted to the Secretary, no later than 7 days prior to the meeting.

Congratulations to our female cricketers who represented at the GCA Women’s Presentation Night last night.
An amazing achievement by all.

*Izzy Storrar - A Grade Women’s Bowling, A Grade Women’s Team of the Year, 3rd Best & Fairest
*Leesa Fapani - G Grade Women’s Bowling

Not the finish they were looking for, but still a great effort by our Thirds and Fourths to make the Finals.

In the Thirds, Torquay won by 63 runs. Charlie Mason was the best of the bowlers with four wickets, while Matt McCormack top-scored with 40 in the run chase.

The Fourths faced Highton again and, after setting a target of 148, were not able to restrict their batters, losing by eight wickets.

That's all cricket wrapped now for the season. Make sure you get along to the Senior Presentation Night on Thursday 2nd April to celebrate the year 🦈🦈

The men’s finals kick off this weekend!
Our Thirds take on Torquay at Quay Reserve in the First Final in a must-win clash. The Fourths are looking to avenge last week’s loss against Highton in their first round Final at McDonald Reserve.
