Round 1 Victorian Country Series completed and some positives to walk away with.

Despite very limited time in the new chassis and a few set up unknowns we managed to be very competitive throughout the weekend; finishing the final in 3rd. The benchmark is clear, we know we have a huge amount of improvement to be made. We head into R2 feeling very confident.

This weekend we are staying local and supporting the Geelong Kart Club for the 2025 AASA Vic State Titles, Followed by KA Vic State Cup Dec 5/7. Let's give both a read hot crack!

Round 5 done Victorian Country Series done and dusted for 2025.

We had very high expectations for the weekend and started well being quickest in P1 and TP, unfortunately we seemed to lose pace once we changed over to fresh rubber. Grip levels declined and pace was a bit off as we were fighting set up for the rest of the weekend. Bit of a strange one but a track we always seem to struggle at for one reason or another! Onwards and upwards.

Practice 1 - 1st
Timed Practice - 1st
Qualifying - 6th
Heat 1 - 6th
Heat 2 - 6th
Heat 3 - 3rd
Final - DNF 5th prior to being taken out. A hard hit from behind caused me to crash quite hard into tyre barrier resulting in a bent axle, some bruised ribs and the end of our weekend.
