Important Announcement

Due to the predicted extreme weather forecast on Tuesday 27 January we have decided to re-open the club on Wednesday 28 January to kick start term 1.

The decision to open on Wednesday instead of Tuesday was made with the safety and health of the students and staff as a priority.

We look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday! Stay safe in the 40+ weather 🌦️ 🥋☺️

Next week; Monday the 9th of December until Thursday the 12th of December (the last day of term) students are invited to wear Christmas tops, Santa hats and Christmas attire instead of their usual club t-shirt or dobok (long sleeve uniform) all week! Students must wear their Taekwondo pants

Congratulations again to the fighters and coaches who represented Elite Taekwondo at the 2024 Australian National Championships in Brisbane earlier this month!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to our eight competitors who competed at the Australian Taekwondo National Championships this weekend in Brisbane.

With strong fights over two days of competition, our Elite Taekwondo Sparring Team came away with 1 GOLD 🥇 2 SILVER 🥈🥈and 3 BRONZE 🥉🥉🥉!

We are very proud of our ELITE team ❤️ and their hard work over the last 12 months.

Mahmoud, after three strong fights is the Australian National Champion in his division! Mahmoud showcased his hard work and dedication to his skills throughout the day and did not loose a single round. 🥇🥇🥇

Orlando in his debut Black Belt National Championships came home with a silver medal in a strong performance! Keep it up Orlando. 🥈

Fatima in her debut year of fighting won her first match against a competitor from NSW!! And in a close second match, came away with silver medal 🥈

In a tough match against a competitor from NSW, Olive showcased her awesome head kicks and resilience. She came away with a bronze medal 🥉

Zara came away with a Bronze medal 🥉 after a tough match against a fellow Victorian fighter. She was fast and fierce!!

Adam fought a tough fight against a competitor from QLD. With a win in his second round, it came to a close third round, where Adam came away with a Bronze 🥉

Sophia in her second Nationals appearance smashed it out of the park in her first round! With a nail biting last 5 seconds of the match her competitor from QLD just snuck in the win.

In Jaxby’s debut Nationals he showcased his quick footwork and determination in a very close match. Keep it up Jaxby!!

We look forward to seeing them compete and progress in the 2025 competition season!!
