Community Semi-Finals ⚽💚

Unfortunately, not the result we were hoping for. Both our Community Women and Men were on top for the majority of their game and looked like they’d take home the win, but both were dealt heartbreaking 1 - 0 losses with only minutes remaining.

A huge effort in particular from our Community Women, who pushed through extra time in the scorching sun. Both teams gave absolutely everything right until the very end.

A tough way to finish, but nothing can take away from what these teams achieved this season. Both finished on top of the ladder and have so much to celebrate. 🏆

What a season it’s been. We’re incredibly proud of both teams and everything they’ve achieved!

Good luck to all the teams continuing through finals next weekend.

It’s going to be an action-packed day of finals football at Hume Reserve today, with six Men’s finals being played across the day!

The action kicks off from 11:00am and continues right through to the 4:00pm games, with plenty of great football to watch.

Our own Community Men are also in action at 1:30pm, taking on Geelong SC in their League 2 semi-final. Get down and get behind the boys!

The canteen will be open, the BBQ will be going and the bar will be open throughout the day, so come down, grab something to eat and drink and enjoy a huge day of finals football at Corio.

What a massive season it has been. We couldn’t be prouder of all the players for giving it their all week in and week out.

A huge congratulations to our U15/16 Girls and U13-A Boys for officially winning their leagues! 🏆🔥
A massive shoutout to our U13 Girls, U13-D White Boys, and U13-D Green Boys for locking in their spots in the finals!

None of this would be possible without the incredible dedication of our coaches, team managers, and parents. Thank you for driving, supporting and putting in the work all season long. Let’s bring on the finals! 👊🏼

Round 14 Community Results! ⚽💚

Our Community Women finished the season off with another win, defeating Colac Otway Rovers AFC 1 - 0. Hopefully they can carry that winning momentum straight into finals next week! 🔥

Our Community Men went down 4 - 1 against Surf Coast FC, but one result won’t shake them after an incredible season that has already secured them top spot on the ladder. 🏆
