It was a massive weekend for our Corio SC junior squads! Our U13 girls faced a team who hadn’t lost a game all season, and our girls stepped up and brought home the win! Our junior boys couldn’t make us prouder either, with every single team delivering a victory.
We’re so proud of our future stars who represent our club week in and week out 🫶🏻

Two big wins for Corio!

Our Community Women defeated Barwon Heads SC 2 - 1, while our Community Men secured an impressive 5 - 1 win against Colac Otway Rovers AFC.

Round 7 Results are in! ⚽️🟢⚪️

Our U13-A boys had a massive weekend playing a double-header! They put on an amazing performance to claim a 7-1 win against Surf Coast, and backed it up with a hard-fought battle the next day against North Geelong, even though the result didn't go their way.
Across the rest of the club, it was a mix of great wins and tough lessons on the pitch:
U15/16 Girls: Took home a brilliant 3-0 win against Bell Park!
U13 Girls & U13-B: Played hard all match against tough opposition.
U13-D Boys: Our two teams played each other this week, with Green taking home the win! A special shoutout to them for sitting top of the ladder and remaining undefeated so far this year.

Community Results Round 7! ⚽💚

Our Community Women secured another win, this time against FC Leopold 4 - 1, further strengthening their position at the top of the ladder!

Our Community Men had their first loss of the season, going down 6 - 3 against Corio Bay SC. A tough result, but no doubt they’ll come back strong next round.
