Ethan has completed a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University.
Ethan’s top priority is to ensure all clients have an enjoyable exercise experience, which will enable them to live a more active and healthier life.
By creating training sessions that are fun, challenging, and tailored to the needs of the client, Ethan will allow his clients to achieve their long-term fitness goals whilst making them feel better about themselves for working hard.
Ethan’s strong passion for health and fitness comes from witnessing the changes he has been able to make on himself and how positively this has impacted his life. He wishes to demonstrate the advantages of exercise to others as a result of his own experiences.

Consistent resistance training can improve bone density, enhance athletic performance, increase metabolism, and help reduce the risk of injury in everyday life.
Aim for 2–4 strength sessions per week, focusing on quality movement patterns and progressive overload rather than simply lifting heavier every session.
Small improvements performed consistently over time lead to the biggest long-term results.

Don’t neglect sleep and the significant role it plays in your gains. Recovery is where progress really happens.
Sleep is one of the most important parts of resistance training recovery, with the majority of muscular repair occurring while you rest.
During deep sleep, the body releases higher amounts of Human Growth Hormone, which supports muscle growth, tissue repair, and recovery from training stress.
Poor sleep can reduce recovery, negatively impact strength, energy, and overall motivation in the gym.
Prioritising 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night will make a huge difference in both your training results and overall wellbeing.
