🔥 30 MIN FAT BURN WORKOUT

Low impact. Easy on the joints - All you need is dumbbells + a treadmill.

Warm up:
5 min easy walk on the treadmill.

Workout (3 rounds)

5 min brisk treadmill walk
12 Dumbbell Squats
10 Shoulder Press
12 Step-back Lunges
10 Bent Over Rows
30 sec plank (or wall plank)

Rest 60 seconds between rounds.

Cool down
5 min slow treadmill walk.
