From next week we will have an open gym for the last hour during afternoon sessions. That's 7-8pm Mon to Thu, and 6-7pm Fri.

This last hour won't be directly supervised, but the gym will be open as normal for those keen to do a session themselves. And Hendo will be around if you get stuck.
