Once upon a time I hated food prep too, but here’s the truth 👇
You don’t need to love it, you just need a system 😉
Check on your favourite playlist, crank the tunes and turn it into a vibe instead of a chore 🕺
Start simple, pick 1 to 2 proteins, chop up all your vegetables and you’re done for a few days! This makes it easier to throw a meal together during the week when life gets busy 🥘
Every rep in the gym counts, but most beginners underestimate every meal you prepare☝️
This is the ONE habit that will determine if you achieve your goals in your transformation 🔥

Jayden was able to lose just over 11kg while working long hours and being a busy dad in only 16 weeks! 🔥🔥
Jayden came to me after seeing how I was able to transform one of his friends, He thought he had to do a tonne of cardio in order to lose weight as he had previously did while eating very minimal knowing this was not a sustainable approach! 🙅♂️
❌Jayden was constantly frustrated of being tired all the time
❌He was never happy with how we looked and wanted to be confident in his body.
❌He was constaly feeling like he didn’t have the energy for himself and his kids
When Jayden and I started working together the first thing I did was get him to EAT MORE and DO LESS CARDIO which is counter intuitive. We also developed a training program that he would be able to sustain and around his busy job, although there were weeks he couldn’t train, I told him to control what he could!
⭐️ We then started to see some major changes! ⭐️
His work pants started fall down and along the way had to order a few new pairs😂, he started feeling more energetic and was more motivated then ever to crush the 16 week program which he absolutely did!💪
😎Jayden lost 11 kg!
😎He now has more energy for himself and for his kids
😎Jaydens mindset had completely changed & more motivated to keep this as a lifestyle.

From waking the streets of Memphis earlier this year to Mum’s dance floor rocking n Rolling🕺 🎸💃
We threw my mum a rock ‘n’ roll 60th birthday over the weekend, costumes, music, the lot!
Earlier this year, my rock ‘n’ roll knowledge started and ended with Elvis…
Then I visited Memphis in May & felt the heart and soul of rock ‘n’ roll for the first time, Beale Street was a banger with its live bands & history. I fell in love feeling the passion of music and why no one couldn’t resist not going on the dance floor and having a boogie!🕺
Sometimes, all it takes is the right experience to make you feel something new 💫

While hiking the Grand Canyon i met a woman powering up the trail, on her 80th birthday!! 🎉🥾
Eighty. Years. Old.
No excuses. No complaints. Just pure energy and determination.
I loved it.
I had to ask, “What’s the secret?”
She looked at me, smiled and said,
“Be around good people with good energy.”
No special supplements, No secret workout, Just strong, positive people and a mindset to match.
And honestly, I couldn’t agree more! I always tell my clients, be cautious who you share your wins with, not everyone will be happy for you, but your circle always will 😉
If you want to stay strong for life, protect your energy and your circle.
