Another doublet, his time in Nova Vitae colours, with detachable sleeves. Ready to take to Canada next year.

Doublet to wear when using my crossbow.
Wanted a lighter kit to wear when running around on a Friday night, when I will be using my new crossbow that I also made.
The sleeves are detachable, so can just wear it as a vest also.
The crossbow fires excercise tubing bands and is a lot of fun to use. Took a few attempts to get the trigger mechanism to work properly, but got it figured out now.

Had some pool noodles, and decided to make some dynamite. A lot of fun and very simple to make.

My new shield. Wood covered in canvas, with foam edging. Need to just fix a couple of edges on the squares, and want to add a glowing effect to the grail, but mostly complete. Photos taken in the rain, hence some drops on the shield.

I had an Epic Armoury Viking spear, and I peeled the original latex off, and added odd scraps of foam to the handle to create this magical weapon. Then using a wood burner I carved in the runes, and then used 7 different paints to get the glowing effect. The blade also has a blue tint to it to add to the mystique. Can't wait to use it.

Another commision. This one went interstate. Had a great time getting the multiple layers of foam on the front, to give it the elven type look to the shield. First time creating a shield boss out of foam as well.

Another fun commision I loved doing. Really enjoyed the idea behind this goblin spear, and the use of a mushroom as an endcap to the spear. Also the thought of a goblin realising this sharp rock would work better on a stick made me laugh.

Timeslapse carving of shield.

I've now constructed a number of these brazier lanterns. Easy way to have a safe flame-effect light while camping. If you would like one, just send a message.

Some new ork shields.

Another big sword commision. I loved the idea behind this one. A shattered sword that had been repaired using the technique of Kintsugi. The cracks run both sides and have different shades of gold filling them. Stands at 183cm
