Mindful May//

Look past your thoughts, so you may drink the pure nectar of this moment.
~ Rumi

For me, May always feels like a moment for mindfulness. As the seasons change, May is a reminder to begin to slow down, as the mornings become a little cooler, and the sunrises a little later. An opportunity to bring mindfulness to how we choose to spend our days, and reflect upon all the magic this world has to offer us.

✨️ Upcoming offerings for you to enjoy 💕

Ahimsa//

Within the 8 limbs of yoga, exist the yamas, guiding principles to live by.

The principle that resonates most highly for me is ahimsa ~ choosing to move, think, share and live from a place of kindness, care and compassion, for oneself and others.

Meet me to explore ahimsa on your mat this week ~ Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

🦋Monday flow gracefully 5pm

✨️Wednesday only from your heart can you touch the sky 5.30pm

Calm your inner ocean waves//

I often feel like the ocean can reflect how I am feeling better than words.

Sometimes my mind feels calm, clear and still, at other times there is a stormy inner chaos of crashing waves and huge swell.

From walking the beach every morning I realise that nature is in a constant state of change, everything is temporary, and that reminds me to continue on through stormy seas, float through calm waters or ride glassy waves with the biggest smile.

Our mind is a wave of the ocean of Being.
