👶Baby Massage | starting 9:15am | Suitable for babies from 8 weeks to 8 months (non-mobile).
Touch, communication (both verbal and non-verbal) and prolonged eye contact are important elements of bonding. Infant massage encompasses and supports all these vital aspects of bonding. Learn how to massage your baby with a therapeutic and relaxing touch.
🧘♀️Family Yoga | starting 11am | Suitable for babies under 12 months.
Join us for a yoga course designed for mums with babies. This gentle, playful session offers mums a chance to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous system, and strengthen their connection with their little ones through breath, movement, play, and singing.

Hosted by two experts dedicated to women’s health:
* Kate: Experienced Midwife & International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
* Cath: Specialist Women’s Health Massage & Yoga Therapist.

This isn't your average "sit and listen" lecture. This is 2 hours of interactive, hands-on learning tailored for you and your birthing partner. We focus on the "how-to" of labor support, ensuring the birthing mama feels held, heard, and empowered.
During the workshop, we will explore:
* The Flow of Labor: Understanding what is actually happening in the body.
* Support Techniques: Hands-on massage, counter-pressure, and optimal birthing positions.
* The Partner's Toolkit: Practical ways for partners to provide physical and emotional relief.
* Mindful Movement: Simple yoga-based techniques to create space and ease during contractions.
🍵 Connection & Community
After the practice, stay for tea and delicious light refreshments. It’s a wonderful opportunity to mingle with other future parents in the community, share experiences, and ask those burning questions in a relaxed, friendly setting.
