Introducing our new GABA Development Officer Holly Forbes 🌟

Holly is a professional basketballer who joins us from the Dillingen Diamonds in Germany. Prior to that she played in the NBL1 competition for South Adelaide and the Woodville Warriors.

She's a former D1 athlete, 2 x collegiate All American and North County all-time leading scorer.

She also runs her own coaching clinics and assisted at the GABA as a volunteer coach in our Aussie Hoops program.

Holly has qualifications in organisational leadership and strategic communications.

She will work closely with the new BWA Midwest Gascoyne RDO to ensure all of our participants from Aussie Hoopers, to coaches, referees and athletes, can access the support and guidance they need to reach their potential.

Hard work and determination have opened the doors for Alex Ducas as he etches his name into the NBA history books. The Geraldton basketballer moving up through the ranks of College basketball, making the final cut for the Oklhoma City Thunder roster.

U12 Hotshots Midwest is coming soon. Hotshots is the start of our BWA high performance program. We will break down basic fundamentals with plenty of fun/competitive drills. Some athletes may be selected for the Hotshots Jamboree to be held in Perth September 21-22. Cost is $50.
2024 Hotshots Midwest is for athletes born 2013 and 2014.
