October is an invitation to notice just how far we've come.

Not rushing into the next thing.

Not needing to have it all figured out.

Just taking a moment to appreciate what has carried us here, what we have learnt along the way, and what is important to us right now.

This month, I'm choosing more presence. More gratitude for the ordinary moments. More trust in what is unfolding. And more space for the little things that make life feel good.

As we move through the final month of winter, I've been feeling called to honour what this season asks of us.

Not to rush towards spring.

But to pause.

To reflect.

To create space before the next season begins.

That's why, over the next four weeks, our yoga classes will become a journey inward.

A chance to breathe, move, rest and reconnect through practices that support not only the body, but the nervous system and the heart.

Because sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply slow down enough to hear ourselves again.

Over the past few months, I've found myself reflecting on what people need most right now.

Life feels busy. Full. Noisy.

More and more, I'm seeing people walk into the studio carrying stress, mental load and nervous systems that rarely have the chance to truly slow down.

It reminded me that yoga has always been so much more than movement.

It's a practice of coming home to ourselves.

So, for the next four weeks, I'm gently evolving our yoga classes into a journey inward.

A space to breathe more deeply. To move with intention. To rest without guilt.

To reconnect with the parts of ourselves that often get lost in the busyness of everyday life.

This isn't about doing more.

It's about creating space for what matters most.
I'd love for you to join us, whether you're a regular, a beginner, a member or simply feeling called to slow down.

With Love,
🤍 Sherilee xx

As the wheel of the year turns and we arrive at the Winter Solstice, we welcome the longest night and the quiet invitation to slow down, soften, and turn inward.

Winter is a season of stillness, reflection, and restoration ~ a time to honour rest, conserve our energy, and reconnect with what truly nourishes us beneath the busyness of everyday life.

Join us for a sacred evening of ritual, rest, and deep nourishment as we gather in community to honour this seasonal transition together.

Our ceremony will begin with ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine traditionally used to support connection, reflection, and intention setting.

From there, we will move into a slow and grounding Yin Yoga practice, allowing the body to soften and release held tension. Throughout the practice, you will be immersed in sound meditation, using vibration and tone to calm the nervous system and guide the mind into stillness.

We will close the evening with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often referred to as yogic sleep, allowing the body and mind to fully integrate, rest, and restore.

This evening is an invitation to pause, reconnect with yourself, and honour the wisdom of the season — embracing the beauty of slowing down before the gradual return of light.

What to Expect

• Ceremonial cacao
• Gentle Yin Yoga
• Sound meditation
• Guided Yoga Nidra
• A nurturing and supportive space for reflection, rest, and restoration.

This ceremony is suitable for all levels and requires no previous experience.

Come as you are, and allow yourself the space to soften, rest, and receive 🤍
