Iv been really enjoying my pumpkin soup lately, but it was time to do something different.
So here is my Broccoli bacon & cheese soup.

Turned out amazing!

53g of fat
38g of protein
17g of carbs.
And iv got 7 servings for the fridge/freezer.

I am a huge fan of cast iron pans.
These two here have a collection of fats,
The big one, has duck fat & bacon grease, the small one wagyu beef fat.
I use my pans with fats in over & over.
I scoop out the fat & put in jars when iv got a big collection.
Super healthy & cost effective.
Throw out your seed oils & start using animal fat!
