I’ve wanted to catch a 1 meter + mulloway since I was a kid, to get a double hookup up and land 2 back to back that smash the 1 meter mark is insane to me!
I spent so many afternoons/nights sitting on the beach waiting with no result, but persistence has paid off. After a long, long time… to get 2 in one night is something special, just me and Arlo on the beach made it even better! What a chaotic 30 minutes it was!
Big time personal achievement for me!

Honeymoon or dive trip? 🤷‍♂️ Em shot her biggest fish and I shot 4 new species including an epic big eye sea bream and midnight snapper, 2 species that have previously given me some difficulty getting close to!

- Something I’ve wanted to do for a while is hit 10kg+ of crayfish from a single shoredive in the west coast region! Today I cracked it with 8 crays totalling 10.55kg! Biggest going 2.35kg! The catch bag and .spearfishing float boat is a perfect combo for a shoredive mission also securing a baldchin groper, blue barred parrotfish, bonito and a new/lost weight belt + dive knife!
