It's weird and empty and lifeless.
There's no hum of speakers waiting for music.
No beep of the door.
No rustle of gym bags, sliding of weights, unrolling of mats.
No chatter.
No people.
No more.
From May 29, 2017 to today.
4 years we were here.
If you were a part of this in any way, I thank you.
As a member, a visitor, a staff, a student, an observer or an always almost... You are the ones that Phit grew for. I have met incredible people, made life long friends and been inspired beyond measure.
As a trainer, I aim to influence a healthy life. But there are women here that probably don't even realise how much of an impact they have had on me.
This has been one of the most amazing experiences for me and my family.
There is nothing that even remotely explains my gratitude.
I'll be around. Just not here.

To our members;
I think this goes without saying but we are unable to offer any classes until we have power restored.
Door access also relies on power - so 24/7 access is not available until power is restored.
Full services will resume with power.
To our wider community;
We hope you are all coping in these unusual, inconvenient, and challenging circumstances.
We have seen how WA rallies together in the past and I have no doubt that those most affected will be supported and cared for during the clean up.

Effort.
It's a funny thing. Our perspective of effort changes often. Our interpretation of easy can differ. What we deem as worthy of our time is interchangeable with what we actually choose to do.
