It might be school holidays, but training continues! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️
Our swimmers are still putting in the hard work, staying active, building their skills and having fun along the way!

💥 LONG COURSE SEASON IS UNDERWAY! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

The long course competition season kicked off this weekend, and it certainly went off with a bang for four of our junior swimmers at the SouthSide Penrhos Wesley Swimming Club Opening Meet! 🎉

It was a fantastic start to the season, with some amazing results:
✅ Some HUGE PBs
✅ A first-time swim at Perth HPC
✅ Long Course State qualifying times
✅ And a few medals to top it off!

Congratulations on a fantastic weekend of racing — plenty to be proud of and lots to look forward to over the season ahead💪🏊‍♀️

🏊‍♀️💙What an AMAZING weekend!!💙🏊‍♂️

Our swimmers have had a fantastic weekend training with coach Taj Jones from FENIX SWIM CLUB. They enjoyed pool sessions focused on developing skills and improving technique across all four strokes and have come away with plenty of valuable tips! 🤩

We also enjoyed a Q&A session with Taj (as well as a delicious dinner at Walkaway Tavern), giving swimmers and parents the opportunity to ask questions and learn from his wealth of knowledge and experience.

🙏 THANK YOU Taj for making the trip to Geraldton and spending the weekend with us. We are so appreciative of the time, energy and enthusiasm you brought to every session, and for everything you shared with our swimmers, coaches and parents.

Thank you also to everyone who took part and helped make the weekend such a success! 💛🙌🏻

A huge congratulations to nine of our KNOCKOUT State Qualifiers who are taking on the Swimming WA Junior State Championships this weekend! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️💪

They have all stepped onto the big stage with pride, courage and confidence, bringing their very best to every race. We’ve loved seeing them embrace the challenge, support one another and celebrate some fantastic personal bests along the way! 🙌
