What a weekend and what a community.

To our competitors, thank you for travelling from near and far, bringing your incredible horses and giving us some seriously good campdrafting to watch.

To our sponsors and cattle donors, we simply couldn’t do it without you. Your generosity allows this little draft to keep growing year after year, and we are incredibly grateful.

To our judges, thank you for the long hours in the saddle and the huge job you took on across the weekend.

And to our committee, volunteers and every person who simply jumped in and helped. Whether you opened a gate, worked in the backyards, moved cattle, poured a drink, cleaned up or saw something that needed doing and got stuck in… THANK YOU. That’s country community at its best. 🤎

To everyone who kept us fed, caffeinated and hydrated, our photographer, announcers and all the people working behind the scenes, thank you for making the weekend what it was.

And finally, to everyone who lined the fence, cheered, caught up with mates and supported our little event — you bring the atmosphere that makes the Golden Bit so special.
