The knockout rounds are here! 🔥 Today, all three of our senior sides head to Calliope for a huge day of finals football. The stakes are high, the competition is fierce, and our Blues are ready to leave it all on the pitch!

Our Lady Blues are first up as they take on a tough Calliope side in what is shaping up to be another cracking contest. These two teams have never been able to separate themselves, with every previous meeting ending in a draw, so you can expect nothing less than an intense battle today! 💥

We are incredibly proud of our ladies and everything they have shown this season. Their resilience, determination and never-say-die attitude have been outstanding. They cause havoc for their opposition in every game they play, and today will be no exception! 💙

Our Division 2 Blue boys take on Calliope in another massive preliminary final clash.

Calliope have been fierce contenders all season and will be desperate to book their place in the Grand Final, but our boys are certainly no strangers to a battle. Time and time again, this group has shown they won't shy away from a challenge. They'll fight for every ball, battle until the very end and play their hearts out until that final whistle blows. 💪

We're incredibly proud of the determination they've shown throughout the season, culminating in a strong finish in the final leg and earning their place in the knockout rounds.

Now it's time to leave it all on the pitch, boys! 💙

Last week didn't quite go the way the boys had hoped, with the result slipping away in the dying stages of extra time. The dust has settled, spirits are back up and the boys are feeling good and ready to go again. 💙 They now face a travelling Biloela side who have shown in the past that they're more than capable of causing an upset. But our boys are fired up, focused and ready for the challenge.

Our Division 1 Men have been an absolute joy to watch this season, and every single player should be incredibly proud of what they've achieved both on and off the field. Today is another opportunity to step onto that pitch, enjoy the moment, play their football and leave absolutely everything out there. ❤️

Both of our United junior teams have battled their way through the semi-finals and now it’s time for one more big win to secure their place in the GRAND FINAL! 🔥💙

Our U14/15 Division 1 boys were absolutely stellar last week, putting on a dominant performance to come away with a 5–0 victory and book their place in this week’s Preliminary Final! They’ll face Clinton Chainsaws, with the history between these two sides showing just how closely matched they can be, both teams have had their share of wins and draws across previous meetings.

But finals football is a whole different ball game… anything can happen! 💪

We couldn’t be prouder of this group and everything they’ve put into their season so far. They’ve worked hard, stuck together and earned the right to be here.

💥GAME 2 — U12/14 DIV 1 BUBBLE O’JILLS

Following the action on Field 1, our Bubble O’Jills will take to Field 2A to battle Central Phoenix for their spot in the Grand Final! 🔥
The Jills put in a strong performance last week, earning their place in this Preliminary Final and setting up another exciting clash.

There’s not much between these two sides either, with both teams having managed wins over each other in previous meetings. With a Grand Final spot on the line, we’re expecting an exciting battle from the first whistle to the last! ⚽💥

We are incredibly proud of our Jills and everything they’ve achieved to get to this point. They’ve shown determination, teamwork and plenty of fight all season, and now they have one more challenge ahead.

Well… this one was always going to be interesting. 👀

Our two Division 2 sides go head-to-head, with White coming in as the crowned Premiers after a stellar season. They’ll be confident, they’ll be ready and they’ll probably have very little sympathy for their fellow Blues!

But Blue have never been shy about giving White a proper challenge, and their recent results have shown exactly what a bit of grit, heart and determination can produce.
