Sometimes the patience to stick to a long term plan is difficult, especially for juniors… so when those little breakthroughs come it’s important to celebrate them before getting back to work.
A mixed bag of results this weekend for Alex Smith at the National Super sprint champs but the positives were significant.

Congratulations Henry Pearce.
On the eve of this years Road Nats Henry has been named in the development team for 2023.
An increased level of commitment to cycling in 2022 saw Henry gather some great results and progress quickly as a cyclist.
Selection in this team means more great opportunities in 2023.
Well done Henry.

No better role model to have around our club/squad for our juniors to watch and learn from in all aspects of triathlon life.
And yes, you better believe .h345 is going wherever he wants to go in this sport.
