These classes are suitable for students of all levels. The course is similar to our 6-week introductory course, except being run over 4 weeks and with an extended class duration of 75 mins (rather than 60 minutes). This will mean it is similar in structure to our regular ongoing beginners level classes but with a systematic progression of poses over the 4 weeks.
