And the season has begun… last night we conducted our second Thursday evening dive and exited the water just before the sun went down. With spectacular visibility and a relatively flat surface, all our 9 divers had an epic dive!

It’s dive time… Dive No. 1 being the wreck of the Norma, lying in 14m off North Haven, South Australia.
The Norma was a steel 4 mastered iron barque weighing in at 2122 tons and measuring 278 feet sinking in the main shipping channel of Outer Harbour in 1907. Due to the risk and danger to shipping, the Norma was exploded with dynamite. The Norma is now wide spread and consists of twisted steel and remnants of the ship. Now home to a large variety of fish life and soft corals, this is a beautiful dive site that rarely is visited.

Congratulations to our latest Junior Open Water Divers, Logan and Alexander who certified yesterday! Our juniors completed the PADI Open Water Course and had their experienced scuba parents involved with the course. They were graced with two stunning post course dives at the Aldinga Pinnacles, arguably South Australia’s best metropolitan reef systems!
