Finishing strong (concrete pun). 2021 is done and we have finished smoothly (concreting pun) the last overfilled cantilever pour for the year. Your only as strong as your foundations (concrete pun), and our foundations are the way they are thanks to the man in the foreground, Founder and managing director Mick (COK) who pours (concreting pun) everything he has into making sure the quality he expects on jobs is always there. Our team is reinforced (concreting pun) by some tremendous technicians and fabricators who have made our expansion (concreting pun) as a company easy and put us on a good footing (concreting pun) to keep it up through 2022.

3 months since my last chemo.
I had my first check up yesterday and I’m very happy to say I’m still cancer free ❤️

Tracey Henderson, your fitness family and myself are so very proud of your commitment, dedication, your healthier food choices and hard work you have invested in yourself.
I remember you warning me when we first met that you probably won’t be around for long because exercising is not for you and you have never stuck it out more than a few weeks 😂
Well look at you now❤️
You are lifting weights that you never thought you could, you complete the workouts, you show up at 6am and you even do all the required runs set out with a smile 💪
