Now sharpening serrations! Bread knives dull and not cutting?

We can re-cut the scallops in most bread knives! This has been on the wish list for a lot of customers.

Just had a set of vintage Shun knives dropped off for sharpening. Very cool!

A pair of brand new 7” Jaguar shears for our friends at Whiskey and Whiskers in Murray Street.

We sharpened some mincer blades this afternoon on the flat hone and then by hand on whetstones.

600 grit then 1000 grit and finished off with 6000 grit on the mating faces. They came out super smooth and very sharp.
