As the name suggests, it is based upon the sport of athletics (track and field) and the events are specially modified to suit the ages and abilities of children. Season Registrations & NZ Development Tour Nominations Now Open!
Attention Under 14 and Under 15 athletes! We are excited to announce a fantastic development opportunity for the upcoming 2026–27 season.
Little Athletics SA is partnering with Little Athletics Victoria to take a combined team to the North Island Colgate Games in New Zealand, with 12 spots available for South Australian athletes in the U14 and U15 age groups.
This initiative is designed as a development tour to recognise and reward athletes who truly embody the spirit of our sport. While performance is a factor, selection will look broadly at an athlete's overall commitment, effort, and involvement in the Little Athletics community.
Key Details
Who: Registered South Australian Little Athletes in the Under 14 and Under 15 age groups for the 2026–27 season.
Team: A total SA team of 12 athletes (joining the Victorian team).
Event: North Island Colgate Games (New Zealand).
Status: Both 2026–27 Season Registrations and NZ Tour Nominations are NOW OPEN.
How to Apply
To be eligible, ensure you are registered for the 2026–27 season by December 31, 2026 and submit your nomination via the link below.
