An afternoon with Bellsy. Hereās an example of an AFL Off-Season program working on Upper Body Strength and Lower Body Hip Dom movements. Weāre also working hard to strengthen up the Glute Med to see if we can fix up some lower body deficiencies.
Weāre also working hard to increase her speed and endurance heading into the next season. Sheās averaging 5 sessions a week and Iām real proud.
