Incredible PROGRESS from AJC Member Blair 👏✨

Here is a little about her journey so far with AJC

💬 I started training with Alice 5 1/2 months ago when I’d had enough of feeling not my best self and really needed to make change.
I was struggling and unmotivated, and at the same time feeling like I had no energy for my children and family.

As a former fitness instructor, I knew that I needed the best support person that was genuine, understanding and looked at things holistically.

Since training with Alice I have dropped almost 9kg in body fat, but most importantly I am feeling so much more energy on a day to day basis, can do cartwheels and handstands with my children again and feeling like lighter mentally too.

I highly recommend Alice - her knowledge, care and understanding of women with their individual circumstances is so pure and has been exactly what I needed.

I’m loving my journey, enjoying training, loving the fact that I still can enjoy dinners and events with my family and friends. I actually look forward to my check ins to see what my individual training program looks like next.
Thank you Alice, I can’t wait to see where we are in the next 6 months 💕 💬

Your Friday reminder to wear the damn outfit girls!! 🔥👑

One of my AJ members came on board with a goal to lose over 10kg as she wanted to feel more “in her body” and confident within her body again….

She said to me after just a few weeks of coaching:

💬 “wow, I know I haven’t actually lost that 10kg yet, but I feel like I’m actually walking around like a have because of how different I FEEL since really making those small efforts to look after myself” 💬🎉

Feeling confident in your clothes isn’t about how you look - it’s about how you FEEL 🦋

When you respect your body inside and out…

When you nourish it…

When you train it…

When you push it outside it’s comfort zone…

When you honour it and give it space to recovery, rest, re-charge…

When you appreciate all that it does for you…

When you know that you’re respecting it…

You will feel more confident within it ❤️

And as for the people that are going to judge you no matter what…

Don’t let them change you or dictate your decisions 🫶

10kg down for AJ Coaching member Lizbeth 👏🔥

No crazy diets ❌

No cutting out foods ❌

No ridiculous exercise routines ❌

Just consistent training, and balanced eating in a slight calorie deficit I’ve time ✅

Also Lizbeth is bang on in the fourth slide 👏

YOU ALL HAVE THE SAME RIGHT TO TAKE UP SPACE!! 🫵

It doesn’t matter how confident you are, how fit you are, how good your technique is, what type of training you’re doing… TAKE UP SPACE!! 🦋

TIPS FOR GROWING GLUTES👇

✅Hit your glutes with a range of exercises and movement patterns. For example - hip thrust works most in the shortened contraction phase of the exercise (at the top) while a Bulgarian split squat works most in the lengthened phase of the exercise (at the bottom). These are different movement patterns.

✅Apply mind muscle connection and ensure you are contracting in the right areas. Train with intent!

✅Working through optimal range of motion (even if working in different ranges). For example 1/4 reps are useful in certain exercises, while full range of motion is optimal most of the time.

✅Apply progressive overload - this means working to increase the intensity (either via load or reps).

✅Eat enough food to support both optimal energy during training and recovery & growth post training.

👉Investing in myself with Alice is the best thing I've ever done; through working with her, I've rediscovered myself. My time in the gym is just for me: I'm not a mother, wife, daughter, friend or employee, just me and I'm so much happier for it.
My time is scarce between full time work, ageing parents and two young kids but Alice has made it so easy - my workouts are programmed and my food is preplanned; this made shopping so easy!! She was even able to give me 'family friendly' meals like pastas, stirfrys and sausages! I am proof that what she and I am so proud of how far we've come already - here's to getting even stronger and leaner 💪
