Burger Craving
It is not wrong to crave for food and in fact it is normal human desire.
We can always make it healthier. For example making our own burger patty by mincing a lean chicken meat and putting less salt in it.
Remember, it is always down to correct food portion. Our body still need a healthy amount of fat intake.
Unsaturated fat like one found in olive oil, avocados, nuts, omega-3 sunflower, omega-6 sardines are good. They help protect our heart by maintaining levels of "good" HDL cholesterol while reducing levels of "bad" LDL cholesterol in your blood.
Don't hate fat but keep it at moderate amount.
Eat well and keep moving π€Έπ€ΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈ

Winter Hiking
Hiking is all season round activity! But one must be prepared mentally and physically as different season will have their unique challenge.
It is winter in Australia and our hiker went all the way to Cape Raoul, Tasmania to experience winter hiking.
Luckily it is not snowing heavily but the weather is still cold and windy! π₯Ά
Here are some tips from our hiker:
1) Wear multiple layer clothes (top and bottom) at least 2 layers. We suggest clothes made from merino wool to keep ourselves warm.
2) Carry a windbreaker or at least a waterproof outer layer jacket. Moist and damp clothes predispose to hypothermia
3) Don't forget extra socks because warm feet is a happy heart.
4) Water water and water. It is so easy to fall into happy dehydration mode as we have tendency not to drink a lot of water during cold weather. Regardless of weather, please drink at least 2-3L plain water.
5) Maybe it is time to invest on waterproof hiking boots as during winter, the track can be a bit muddy.
