Beaucoup de femmes pensent qu’elles ne peuvent pas s’entraîner efficacement pendant leur règle. 🥺
C’est sûrement réel pour certaines qui souffrent de vrai symptômes. En revanche; pour une majorité d’entre nous, ça pourrait être bénéfique ! Cette étude suggère que nos hormones ne sont pas nos ennemies et pourraient au contraire nous permettront de gagner en muscle et force.
