WHAT I CURRENTLY EAT IN A DAY TO GAIN MUSCLE 💪🏼

Now you probably couldn’t give a s**t about what I eat in a day, because it’s different for everyone but hopefully you can take away something useful about the sources of food I choice 🥑🍔🍻

Meal 1: 200g mixed berries, 1 scoop of protein powder, 30g peanut butter, 5g honey.
Meal 2: 1 x bagel, 1/4 of an avo, 2 slices of middle bacon, 2 eggs, 4 mushroom cups, 5ml kewpie mayo, 5ml of sugar reduced bbq sauce.
Meal 3: Chobani flip (this alternates, depending what’s on special 😂) black tea with 2 scotch fingers (I will never not have scotch fingers in my diet 🤤)
Meal 4: 1x chicken thigh with southern style seasoning. 1/4 cup (weight raw) of rice with 5ml of kewpie mayo.
Meal 5: 3/4 of a plate of veggies (mix of colours) and 300g lamb shoulder, 5ml of kewpie mayo (I also love kewpie). I alternate between this and a burrito bowl for meal 5.

I am very basic with my food and I don’t change it very often. I’ll stick with these meals for 3 months or so.

At the moment I am slowly adding in food to increase my caloric intake. Example being, I’ve just added in Meal 4 (chicken, rice).

Now I am all about balance, so for 5 days of the week this is what I eat every day. But for the weekend I usually eat a little different. I’ll treat myself to cookies, pizza, definitely a beer or whatever I feel like eating. I try still keep my protein intake up high though. Usually by having an extra protein shake if needed 💪🏼
