Great effort and very promising signs, I’ve said all along if you try hard and we lose that’s sport and all we can ask for and you all gave it your best.

Some simple mistakes cost us the game and we can work on those in training

There has been some confusion and I have finally managed to get to the bottom of it!

We are now Nerang FC Div 2 u15,s.... (COVID affected the numbers evidently)

Now we have a game this Friday night at Runaway Bay kicking off at 6:15 pm so we start away from home.

If you need a lift I have space for 3 in my car and happy to pick you up and drop off from our ground let me know...

We have training tomorrow night at 5:30 it will be a tactical session discussing tactics ( we don't want any injuries)

Can you please ensure you attend the training tomorrow it's essential we talk tactical and I would like to see you ALL there please.

We can discuss everything else at training tomorrow.

Football update
Good morning all,I hope you are all safe and well. Football starts next week.👍🏻

Tuesday and Thursday's is our window from 5:30. -6:15 I'm sure that will changes as restrictions ease in the future.

Please confirm you are coming back? We want and need ALL of you back again. If you can reply with your sons full name and if he is coming back that would be great.

The club will send an email around guidelines on the weekend.

Guys I just received the call that all football across the entire Gold Coast has been suspended until further notice.

Obviously this is a huge blow but safety has to come first. I'll keep in touch and update as soon as I hear anything.

Good afternoon Team,

I have already text you all but incase you have not seen It.....

Unfortunately the fields are closed I have just been notified. Try and go for a run or do something active tonight, fitness wins games.

Also if you get chance watch some you tube clips of Liverpool last night, they were losing 2-1 in the second half and put in the extra effort and hard work and got the victory 3-2. )no doubt we will be in a similar position when the season starts in a few of our games. Determination is essential.

Hopefully it stays dry and we can all train on Thursday at 6pm, Myself and Jason will be there we look forward to it.

Hello All,

I thought I would take this opportunity to Introduce myself and give a small summary of my background. I was born in Bristol England and have just arrived here in Australia after 9 years living in New Zealand.
In my younger days I played for two “soccer teams” Deerswood and Bitton FC while living in Bristol, I went on to join the British Army and played a lot while serving. I manged a team at Pacific Pines a few years ago as my son played and decided to Join Nerang this year after a conversation with Bryce. I will be coaching the team with Jason Lawrence Cairns and we both look forward to meeting you at training.

I have lived and breathed football my entire life and think its great development opportunity for the boys to make new friends, exercise and learning what a team culture is all about. Its a team game!
I’m looking forward to the season ahead and working with you all to build a team we can be proud of.

The parents play a crucial part in the team and I am looking forward to meeting you all and hearing your thoughts and feedback.

Football is fun! that’s the way we intend to coach the team, parents we will always be looking for help and assistance in training so feel free to come along and join in. any questions send an email or feel free to give me a call always happy to talk.

Boys: this is a new season and an exciting time for us all, we will work hard, play hard, and enjoy our time together. I’m looking forward to hitting the ground running and a successful first season in our league.
