🚨 UPDATE FOR SATURDAY 🚨
MAS testing tomorrow at 7:10AM has been postponed to next week.
This gives our Hyrox athletes a chance to get their MAS testing done 💪 You’ll be able to complete it in any conditioning/cardio session next week! Just let us know when suits.
SHRED is now running as normal tomorrow for both 6AM & 7:10AM🔥
