Over the past three days in Brisbane, some of our Beach Tennis Gold Coast players took to the courts and showed what this community is all about. Even with challenging weather and tough conditions, they showed incredible determination, resilience and true team spirit, always supporting each other on and off the court.

A big step for beach tennis in Australia 🇦🇺
The BT Summer Classic, the first-ever beach tennis event organised by Tennis Australia, took place in Melbourne just ahead of the Victoria Open, and it was great to see the sport showcased at this level.
Our athletes Lorena and Dani represented the Gold Coast community with pride, competing among the 24 best players in the country and coming very close to reaching the grand final.
A strong performance, a great experience, and an important moment for everyone involved.
We truly hope this is just the first step by Tennis Australia towards something much bigger for beach tennis nationwide.

A massive thank you to everyone from our amazing BTGC community who joined us for our Xmas Party last Saturday.
Around 50 legends together celebrate what beach tennis is all about: friendship, partnership, healthy competition, and good vibes. This community is the reason we keep growing year after year, on and off the sand.
