14/06 | Chapter 31 begins 📚
Cherishing another year around the sun. 31 years of life.
Plenty of reflection has been made recently, not only from my life, but so far in 2026 as we are now at the midway point.
These past few months have definitely produced a combination of challenges and wins, from moving houses to starting a new chapter at @
These experiences have not only allowed me to reflect more internally, but also allow me to focus on what I need to do to keep being a better person, and help me rediscover my purpose more on a deeper level.
As always, these would never be possible without the support & love I receive from my partner, family and my clients, of which, I’m so incredibly grateful for 🙏
Enjoy some recents x
Much love 🤍

You don’t need a mini cut because you’ve “failed” your growth phase.
You need a mini cut because you’ve stayed in it for too long.
One of the biggest mistakes I see is people continuing to push food higher and higher despite the warning signs being right in front of them:
➡️ Body fat is climbing rapidly
➡️ Digestion is getting worse
➡️ Appetite is disappearing
➡️ Energy is becoming inconsistent
➡️ Training performance is stalling
➡️ Physique quality is declining
Yet they keep eating more because they’re terrified of losing progress.
The reality?
A well-timed mini cut isn’t a step backwards.
It’s often the exact thing that allows future progress to happen.
By strategically reducing body fat, you can improve insulin sensitivity, restore appetite, improve digestion, create more runway for growth, and put yourself back in a position to build quality tissue instead of simply accumulating more body fat.
The goal isn’t to stay in a growth phase forever.
The goal is to spend as much time as possible in a productive growth phase.
There’s a difference.
Swipe through to learn when a mini cut may be the smartest move you can make.

One bad day isn’t what’s keeping you stuck.
It’s what happens after it.
You miss a workout.
You eat off plan.
You have a stressful day at work.
Something doesn’t go your way.
And suddenly, one setback turns into a weekend. A weekend turns into a week.
And a week turns into another month of feeling frustrated with yourself.
The truth is, most people don’t fail because they lack knowledge.
They fail because they believe every mistake means they’ve failed.
But progress was never supposed to be perfect. Life will test you. There will be stressful weeks. Unexpected setbacks. Days where motivation disappears.
The people who see progress aren’t the ones who avoid adversity.
They’re the ones who refuse to let adversity define them.
Because resilience isn’t getting everything right. It’s getting back on track faster.
It’s choosing the next healthy meal after the bad one.
The next workout after the missed one.
The next positive action after the difficult day.
Every time you reset instead of quit, you’re building the person you’re trying to become.
Remember, a bad moment can ruin a day.
But only you can allow it to ruin your future.
If you’re tired of the all or nothing cycle and want support, structure, and accountability that keeps you moving forward even when life gets hard, DM me “RESET” and let’s build a plan that works 🔥

Your life changes the moment your mindset changes.
Stop doubting yourself, stop fearing failure, and stop waiting for the perfect time.
Growth begins when you choose progress over excuses, discipline over comfort, and belief over fear. Every successful person once started with uncertainty, but they kept moving forward anyway.
Remember, the way you think today is creating the life you’ll live tomorrow. Train your mind to stay positive, focused, and unstoppable 🚀

You don’t need a better program.
You need to understand what progress actually looks like.
Most people spend years in the gym without changing their physique because they mistake effort for progress.
They train hard.
They sweat.
They get a pump.
Yet week after week, the weights stay the same.
The reps stay the same.
And so does their physique.
The reality is simple:
Your body has no reason to adapt if you don’t give it a reason to.
That’s where progressive overload comes in.
Progressive overload isn’t fancy training methods, drop sets, slower tempos, or chasing soreness.
It’s doing more than you did before.
➡️ More weight
➡️ More reps
➡️ Better performance under the SAME conditions. Key word, SAME.
The biggest mistake I see?
People changing exercises every week, chasing the perfect program, or adding unnecessary complexity instead of focusing on measurable progression.
Those who build impressive physiques aren’t guessing.
They’re tracking.
They’re progressing.
They’re repeating.
Week after week.
Month after month.
Year after year.
Because muscle growth isn’t built on motivation.
It’s built on progressive overload applied consistently over time.
If you’re tired of training hard without seeing the results you deserve, DM me “PROGRESS” and let’s build a plan that actually moves you forward. 📈

You’re too focused on the finish line.
You want to lose the fat.
Build the muscle.
Feel confident again.
But most people spend so much time thinking about the outcome that they neglect the behaviours required to achieve it.
The reality is that your body doesn’t respond to goals.
It responds to actions.
The workouts you complete.
The meals you prepare.
The steps you accumulate.
The sleep you prioritise.
The choices you make when motivation is absent.
These seemingly insignificant actions, repeated consistently over time, are what produce significant outcomes.
Success in health and fitness is rarely about finding the perfect plan.
It’s about executing the fundamentals long enough for them to work.
Stop obsessing over where you want to be.
Start focusing on what needs to be done today.
Because every transformation is built one habit, one decision, and one day at a time.
