Wow what a Ride…
Now on the other side of Prep and Comp with increased calories I’m feeling good although struggling to find a bit of motivation after being so routine with everything for so long.
Anyhow keeping things in check and routine is still important so that I stay in control of my new lifestyle choices.

Proud of Myself 🩷💜
I’m the first to be my own critic but I always set out to achieve what I said I will…
I felt a little disappointed with my results however, looking back two weeks later Im so proud of myself.
I achieved what I said I would, I got up there and did it, I look the best I ever have and now in my 40’s.
I moved house, planned a wedding, looked after my family and still did a great job.
It’s about the challenge and making a decision!
Having the Grit to stick with it even on the days when you want to bail on yourself.
Having the foresight to ignore others that put you down or don’t believe in what you are doing.
I did it and I’m Proud 👊🏻

Prepping with the craziness of moving and kids is taking its toll but with two weeks till comp #1 it’s about Fatigue Management and Self Care whilst still hitting those Numbers.

Cruciferous Veggies 🥦
Rich in nutrients, including several carotenoids (beta-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin); vitamins C, E, and K; folate; and minerals. They also are a good fiber source.
They have anti cancer properties and balance oestrogen levels.
They keep you fuller for longer!
I prep about one large cauliflower and broccoli every 3 days…
