Already the Last month of 2020!!! It’s crazy how this year just passed like this. It’s definitely the WEIRDEST year for all of us! I hope by now we all realise That Heath is everything... 💪🏼🙏
I’m so so proud of all the progress & results these guys made in the last 6 months. Many results achieved and new skills learned! 💪🏼
Everybody’s working so hard, so it’s almost time for a little reset!
🌟We have decided to take a little break from 21. December to 03 January 2021.
All GROUP CLASSES will stop in these days, while PT sessions will still remain open for booking on certain days😊☺️🧘♀️
Let’s keep up the great work and finish this year strong together!!! 💪🏼 then it’s time to treat yourselves! It’s all about the balance! 🔥🔥🔥

Every class starts with a exercise specific warm up, form demonstration & technique practice to make sure all movements are performed correctly to avoid unnecessary injuries. That’s why it really doesn’t matter whether or not you had any exercise experience. Everyone needs to practice the basics and everyone starts from somewhere. I am here to help. ♥️
All classes are Beginners friendly & all exercises can be scaled according to your unique situation, so you can perform safely while making sure no results are compromised. 💪🏼🙌🏻
