Helping people unlock their true potential through the Mind & Body so they can reach a optimal peak

21/09/2022

Who ever need to hear this..

THIS IS YOUR WAKE UP CALL 📞

You think training is hard?

You think eating right is hard?

You think waking up early and getting uncomfortable is hard?

You think being alone loving yourself and growing is hard?

You think going against the social norm is hard?

You think spending your spare time learning and doing personal development is a waste of time?

What’s really hard is when you get the bill for regret..

You choose your hard

What I think is hard is when you get to the point where you’re suffering mentally, physically and emotionally

When you look back at all the things you wish you had done

When you’re on your deathbed meeting the person you could have been..

I think that’s 10X harder..

So what hard are you willing to commit to?

If you need high level accountability and guidance DM me, I’m opening up some more online coaching positions. 🚀

The intention you put into training/ nutrition Is what’s going to get you the results

and it’s the same effort you’ll put into anything you do because how you do one thing is how you do everything.

“But I showed up today”

Showing up is none of the battle, anyone can show up.. are you showing up and doing the work intentionally? Especially on the days you don’t feel like it?

It comes down to how bad do you actually want what you say you want.

Ask yourself this question? 🤔

Am I doing it for me or am I doing it for someone else?

In my experience with sport especially racing (this applies to absolutely everything) I have found people are int it for all the wrong reasons

Acting from the ego of “I’ll show them” or “i need this to make someone else happy”

Instead of doing it for YOU!

Doing it to prove to yourself, doing it to make you happy and improve your life not someone else’s

If you don’t determine why you do what you do it’s either going to limit you, make you un happy or burn you out.

My 5 tips to sustainable training for consistency and the best results 🔥

1. Always Working on a new skill or movement for example. Handstand holds and juggling

2. Compound lifts / Olympic lifting / functional strength training

3. 10-30 minutes of mobility work daily with breath work and meditation

4. Having timed structure to my sessions for example EMOM training. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes complete 8 back squat @ 80%

5. Keeping it fun, having a good crew to train with that motivate you and lift you up every day, surrounding yourself with positive people that encourage you
