We spent the weekend setting everything up, testing sessions, and making sure we’re creating the right environment for the kids we support.

A big part of what we do is making sure the space feels calm, safe, and structured, especially for children who may find traditional sports overwhelming.

We’ve now moved to a new location in Labrador and will be running another Open Day on the first weekend of May.

This is just the beginning.

For many children, knowing what comes next changes everything.

Our sessions follow a predictable flow that supports regulation, skill development and positive engagement, without pressure or chaos.

This is football designed for growth.

Every Player FC is NDIS friendly for self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Our structured small-group football sessions (5:1 player-to-coach ratio) may be eligible under selected Core and Capacity Building funding categories.

These commonly include:

- Group Activities in a Centre

Capacity Building
- Increased Social & Community Participation
- Individual Social Skills Development
- Community Engagement Assistance

Eligibility always depends on your child’s individual plan and funding allocation. We recommend confirming with your plan manager or support coordinator.

Why we started Every Player FC.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked closely with children with additional needs.

One thing became clear:

Many of these children do not have the same opportunities to participate in sport as other kids.

Not because they lack ability.
Not because they lack interest.
But because the environment isn’t always designed with them in mind.

Every Player FC was created to change that.

To provide:

- Small-group coaching
- Clear, structured instruction
- Calm and predictable sessions
- A genuine focus on progress

Our long-term vision includes creating real development pathways, potentially connecting with organisations such as Special Olympics Australia.

This is about more than weekly training.

It’s about access.
It’s about growth.
It’s about belonging.
